These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Credimize, Inc. website, platform, services, and memberships (collectively, the “Services”). 2. Eligibility

Credimize, Inc. provides educational content related to personal finance, credit, saving, investing, and entrepreneurship. The platform also offers community-based membership access, along with digital content, tools, and resources.

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice Disclaimer

Credimize, Inc. is not a financial institution, credit bureau, law firm, or investment advisor. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and outcomes, and you should consult qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decisions.

5. Memberships, Billing & Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Credimize, Inc. to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your chosen plan.

Subscription Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout). Billing occurs automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Prices are subject to change with notice.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are charged immediately at checkout.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Credimize, Inc. does not offer refunds for membership fees, one-time purchases, partial billing periods, or unused access. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing only, and access remains active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for any prior charges. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity occurring under your account, and ensuring your payment information is accurate and current. Credimize, Inc. is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute Credimize content or access, harass, threaten, or abuse other members, post illegal, defamatory, or harmful content, or attempt to bypass platform security or payment systems. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, videos, text, graphics, and digital assets are the exclusive property of Credimize, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without written permission, or use Credimize branding for commercial purposes.

11. Community Standards

Credimize, Inc. reserves the right to remove any user or content that disrupts the community, creates a hostile or negative environment, or violates these Terms. Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (including Stripe). Credimize, Inc. is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that complies with these Terms may result in immediate account termination and permanent loss of access to Services. We encourage contacting support before disputing charges.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credimize, Inc. shall not be liable for financial losses or damages, lost profits or opportunities, or errors, omissions, or interruptions of service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credimize, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.

16. Modifications to Terms

Credimize, Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
