Credimize, Inc. is committed to providing clear and transparent billing practices. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Credimize, Inc., including one-time payments and recurring membership subscriptions, are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Unused time
Lack of participation
Dissatisfaction with content
Accidental purchases
Failure to cancel prior to a renewal date
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing only, and access to membership benefits will continue through the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for the current or any previous billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal date.
How to Cancel
Members can cancel their subscription by logging into their account dashboard and selecting Cancel Membership, or by contacting support at info@credimize.com.
Cancellation confirmations are effective once processed and confirmed.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s payment processing terms in addition to Credimize, Inc.’s policies.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that complies with this policy may result in immediate termination of membership access, permanent account suspension, and loss of access to all Credimize, Inc. services.
We encourage members to contact us directly with any billing questions prior to contacting their payment provider.
